Senior Test Engineer @ Qualitykiosk

Job Description

• Design and implement performance test strategies for web and backend systems
• Develop test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner to simulate user load and system behavior under stress
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and documentation for load, stress, and endurance testing
• Monitor system behavior during test runs using tools such as APMs (eg, Dynatrace, AppDynamics)
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Create detailed performance test reports with clear analysis and actionable recommendation3+ years of experience in performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner
• Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, web services, databases, and application architecture
• Proficiency in analyzing results and monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, etc)
• Experience scripting in JavaScript, Python, or Shell is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, or Kubernetes is an advantage
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
