Production testing , back logs, understanding for All product.seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Test Engineer with a strong understanding of core functionalities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems through rigorous testing, gap analysis, and defect management.Regular Monitoring: Consistently monitor assigned helpdesk (HD) tickets to ensure timely resolution.Test Preparation: Develop and prepare comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test data to ensure thorough testing coverage.Gap Identification: Analyze user requirements, including screen and field-level requirements, to identify and address any gaps.Feedback and Input: Provide valuable inputs and feedback during the preparation of test scripts and scenarios.Integration Testing: Manage system integration testing for systems that are directly or indirectly impacted by changes.Timely Delivery: Ensure the delivery of testing results meets agreed criteria within the stipulated time frame.Defect Management: Identify, record, escalate, and retest defects, ensuring they are resolved based on expected test results, requirement specifications, and proposed processes.Status Updates: Provide regular status updates, test summary reports, and escalate issues to the manager in a timely manner.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, providing support during critical situations.Core Applications: Digital Banking, Finacle, PRIME 4, CAPS, CARDNET, CASMEX, CPPS, DCR, DDS, Flexcube, FTS, IBPS, Infobip, RLS"
