We are looking to hire for seasoned sales leader to head the inside / tele-sales ecosystem, someone who is passionate about consumer sales and is data-driven with proven experience in building high-performance sales teams will be a right match for this role.
Role will be a people leadership position in a fast-growing consumer internet business segment in the assigned business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive young B2C Sales team, with passion and metrics-driven approach to increase productivity, manage pipeline, forecast and drive desired sales behaviors to achieve the Targets.
- Identify sales growth opportunities, as well as market challenges, and work with the sales teams to develop and implement innovative action plans
- Hire, develop, train and lead the new and existing Sales team members to grow the Revenue month on month
- Monitor, coach, and develop ways to coach the team to identify customer needs and pitch the relevant product benefits to complete a sale
- Increase the Conversion rate of leads received through various channels like E-mailers, Chatbot & HNI outbound cold calling processes
- Prepare weekly, monthly and/or quarterly sales goals for the Sales team. Monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals and results.
- Work closely with the product managers on new feature development, gauging competition and first-hand customer/market feedback
- Suggest improvements to sales processes as needed, implement improvements, monitor the gains for sustainability and long term sales process improvement
