Job Description
We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience and expertise tobuild and enhance our mobile applications, mentor junior developers, andcontribute to the growth and success of our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-quality mobile applications using ReactNative.
- Design and implement new features and functionalities to improveuser experience.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance across a vast arrayof web-capable devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and shipnew features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuouslearning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices andcoding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, providing timely resolutions toissues.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-enddevelopment. Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in designing and building mobileapplications using React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6 features.
- Solid understanding of React Native architecture and ecosystem.
- Experience with state management libraries such as MobX or Redux.
- Familiarity with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack,and NPM.
- Sound knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with back-endservices.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and mediaqueries.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks likeAngularJS, ReactJS, or VueJS.
- Experience in unit testing with Jest or similar frameworks.
- Good sense of design and user experience, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managemultiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearlyand effectively.
- Passionate about building world-class user interfaces and improvinguser experience.
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highlydesirable
