Role & responsibilities

5 - 10 yrs of UX design experience
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for the Business Suite, focusing on usability and efficiency.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with product requirements and technical feasibility.
- Maintain design consistency across the suite by contributing to and enforcing a design system.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
