Job Description

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors CDP Consultant with SP.

Location: All across India

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

Responsibilities:

• In depth experience in supporting SAP SuccessFactors Career Development and Succession Management module
  Must be SAP CD & SM module certified
  Experience in end-to-end configuration of CD and SM business processes in the provisioning settings
  o Talent Profile Configuration settings
  o Succession Org Chart
  o Talent Calibration
  o SOC Rating scales
  o Talent Cards
  o Picklist configuration
  Ability to resolve issues reported based on product knowledge and a good sense of the business process in question.
  Certification in and exposure to any one other module from the following required Employee Central, Compensation Management & Variable Pay, Recruiting and Onboarding, Workforce Analytics
  Exposure to Cross-functional integration processes within SuccessFactors and to third party systems such as SAP ECC or any non-SAP system
  Experience in configuration, testing, preparing test documents with business scenarios, and communication with business for providing solution
  Domain knowledge on hi-tech and consulting business sectors would be an added advantage
  Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change/problem) and Application life cycle management
  Experience of working in geographically diversified teams preferred
  Good communication in English, verbal and written for all locations
  Good communication in Spanish (for MX based resource) and in Portuguese ( for BR based resource), verbal and written
