Agents Desktops, Finesse, CTIOS, AppSpace, PG.
Advanced experience with ICM / UCCE scripting utilizing Script Editor.
Understand UCCE Database Schema and ability to use queries against the databases.
Troubleshooting UCCE, CVP, CUIC and Agent Desktops.
Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
Scripting for call flow change or Holiday request.
Cisco Call Manager at some instances
Cisco IPCC & UC Skills - CUCX, CVP, CUCM, Cisco IM & presence
Hands on Experience with Cisco voice Devices & Products viz. Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unified Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity, Cisco IPCC Express, Cisco Voice Gateway, Cisco IPT.
Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices.
Should be ready to work in 24/7 business support environment
Candidate should be strong in communication.
Candidate should be aware of basic ITIL process.
