As the Global Head of Marketing, you will spearhead Moengage s worldwide marketing strategy, driving demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and brand dominance in priority markets. Based in Bangalore, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership while building and scaling teams, campaigns, and systems to support aggressive growth targets. This role requires a leader with a proven ability to scale SaaS businesses beyond $100M ARR, navigate multi-regional GTM complexities, and execute high-impact strategies from a global hub.
1. Global Demand Scaling
Architect a data-driven demand engine (ABM, digital, events, partnerships) to deliver predictable pipeline across North America, Europe, and APAC, optimizing CAC and conversion rates.
Lead enterprise-focused campaigns to penetrate Fortune 500 accounts and high-growth verticals like Retail, Ecommerce and BFSI
2. Brand Leadership in New Markets
Position Moengage as a category leader in competitive markets (e.g., US, Europe) through thought leadership, executive storytelling, and localized campaigns that resonate with regional buyer journeys.
Partner with regional stakeholders to tailor messaging, pricing, and channel strategies to local competitive and regulatory landscapes.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine GTM playbooks, ensuring seamless handoffs and accelerated deal velocity.
Support the Head of Product Marketing to translate technical capabilities into compelling, market-specific narratives.
4. Operational Excellence
Build and mentor a globally distributed marketing team, fostering collaboration across Bangalore HQ and regional hubs.
Lead the central digital, brand/content/design and creative, and marketing operations teams that are based out of Bangalore HQ but support global teams
Implement scalable martech infrastructure, analytics frameworks, and KPIs to measure ROI across channels and geographies.
Qualifications:
15+ years in senior marketing leadership roles at Enterprise SaaS companies, with a track record of scaling ARR beyond $100M.
Expertise in global demand generation, including ABM, enterprise sales motions, and multi-channel campaign orchestration.
Proven success in launching brands in international markets (US/Europe/ANZ/LATAM etc), including localization, competitive displacement, and cross-cultural team leadership.
Strong analytical rigor: Ability to model pipeline forecasts, optimize budgets, and align marketing outcomes to revenue targets.
Experience managing remote or distributed teams, with the agility to drive global initiatives across time zones.
Preferred Background:
Prior role as CMO or Sr. VP of Marketing at a SaaS company with a globally distributed leadership structure.
Experience scaling a global brand originating from an APAC/India HQ and encompassing Western markets.
