Server Administrator @ Espire Infolabs

Job Description

• At least 4 years experience in System admin server admin office 365 Administration. Windows, VMware, Hyper V Administration, Core OS - Windows, Windows Set-Up, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365 and Intune
• Knowledge of System Admin, Server 2022, Server 2019, Hyper-V, Office 365 and Azure.
• Good knowledge of ITIL framework, AV Management, and Team management.
• Knowledge of Patch Management.
• Experience with system troubleshooting, monitoring tools responding to alerts, and reporting to the team.
• Good understanding of system security (client, server, system hardening standards)
• Windows Patching, and ITSM knowledge.
• Should be able to document infrastructure designs, configurations, support requests, incidents, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly.
• Should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Should be able to handle user inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally, courteously, and effectively.
• Should be able to manage their workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
