Job Description
Designation - Sr. Human Resource
Description - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR professional to join our growing IT organization. This role will serve as a critical partner to leadership and employees, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and building a high-performance culture that supports innovation and collaboration.
Experience - 4+ yrs in HR roles | preferably in IT/tech companies
Skills - HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless experience.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and provide coaching to managers and employees.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Performance Management:
- Drive the annual and mid-year performance review processes.
- Work closely with managers to identify high-potential employees and career development plans.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Update and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.
Organizational Development:
- Assist in shaping company culture, enhancing productivity, and aligning HR initiatives with business strategy.
- Support workforce planning and organizational restructuring when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced IT/tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and platforms (e.g., KEKA)
