Job Description

The Role

Supporting SharePoint environment with client request and requirements.
Maintaining and extending the Farm for L3 server related SharePoint issues.

Required Skills

2 - 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration SharePoint upgrade, health analyzer, windows patch support
Knowledge of SharePoint service applications - search, user profile, managed metadata, distributed cache
Knowledge of application support and maintenance tools like Remedy, Zendesk, ServiceNow
Knowledge of ITIL process incident priority 1/2 tickets, service request and change request process
Experience with agile, waterfall software development processes
Excellent communication skills, including client-facing abilities
