Job Description

Talent Sourcing: Proactively source,attract, and engage top IT talent using various platforms (job boards,LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Recruitment Strategy: Work closely withhiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitmentstrategies to meet business needs.

Candidate Screening& Interviewing: Conduct initial screening, technical assessments, andcompetency-based interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience,and cultural fit.

End-to-End Management: Handle the fullrecruitment cycle, from job postings, sourcing, and screening to offernegotiations and onboarding.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate withinternal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication andalignment throughout the hiring process.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitmentactivities comply with local labor laws, company policies, and data privacyregulations.

Candidate Experience: Provide a positivecandidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedbackthroughout the hiring process.

Market Insights: Stay up-to-date withthe latest IT recruitment trends, market insights, and salary benchmarks toprovide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.

Reporting & Metrics: Maintain recruitmentdatabases and provide regular updates on hiring status, recruitment KPIs, andpipeline progress.

Onboarding: Coordinate onboardingactivities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.



Requirements
  • 4-6 years of IT recruitment experience
  • Collaborate and work with Singapore/ Malaysia or a similar region.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
