Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to help us find and hire talented sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring sales candidates for various roles within our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for sales positions through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications.
- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Keep track of recruitment progress and report on hiring metrics.
Qualifications:
