Job Title: Engagement Delivery Lead

2. Key Responsibilities list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis: % of time
- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics CRM Solutions, driving efficiency and
automation.
- Review, guide, and help the team on right technical design and architecture is implemented
throughout ensuring reusability Modularity and productivity and provide necessary support
to the team during execution.
- Define & identify standards applicable for the work packages / components; familiarize the
team with development environment and in house or customer specific coding standards
guidelines and best practices to be followed.
- Manage program and project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and
benefits of low-code platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders.
- Based on the industry landscape Identify re-usable solutions/assets which can be built within
the technology unit Co-author points of view by developing D365 accelerators and reusable
assets for clients value addition and process automation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team, identify training needs and establish training plans
for the vertical teams/ project teams based on required Build relationships with multiple units
or teams across the organization to facilitate effective working of own team
3. Job Requirements
Essential Skills:
- 12+ years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Technologies A minimum of 10 years of hands-on design & development experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements. Capability to estimate large scale Dynamics CRM implementation program. Hands on experience in configuration, customization, and extension of Power Pages, Power Apps Portal Knowledge in Performance tuning possibilities in Model Driven Apps implementations. Experience of data integration and data migration projects Experience in managing Dynamics 365 projects. Knowledge in multiple components of responding to RFPs/RFIs. Good understanding of most functional modules including Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service Automation, Microsoft Social Engagement, Unified Service Desk, Project Service Automation, Gamification, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Live Assist for Dynamics CRM, Relationship Insights, KB Management, Voice of Customer etc.
- Proven experience in program and project delivery management, risk identification and mitigation Strong background in strategic planning and execution control. Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills. Manage the Build and release management activities. Define Release management process and communication. Engage necessary teams and manage communication among various units.
Nice to Have Skills.
- Microsoft Azure knowledge In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power platform Design & Development experience in Power Platform Experience of Generative AI , Co Pilot Studio Understanding of Devops project implementation processes. Expertise in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies, certified as Scrum Master & Product Owner. .NET Framework Version 4.5 or above including strong WCF experience C# and JavaScript Knowledge with defined frameworks (MVC, Entity Framework and Enterprise Library)
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
