Supplier Onboarding Specialist | Procurement | Coupa/sap/servicenow @ MNC Client

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information for supplier onboarding.
• Utilize procurement tools such as Coupa, ServiceNow, and SAP to facilitate onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supplier onboarding and procurement activities.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to address any onboarding-related inquiries or issues.
• Present onboarding processes and updates to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of procurement and supplier onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa, ServiceNow, and SAP.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required
