This role will be able to:
This role will be part of the Global Analytics and Insights organization, reporting to the Pre / Post Sales Insights team. The position will partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success, Global Support, GoLive, Compliance, and many other teams to provide detailed analyses and insights
This will be a hybrid position (#LI-Hybrid)
Owning the value stream for critical business processes, ensuring alignment between insights, operational goals, and the development of scalable, long-term analytical solutions
Facilitating and managing cross-functional partnerships to drive effective communication, alignment, and execution of process improvements and strategic initiatives
Delivering data-driven insights and performance metrics that inform key decisions and support the successful implementation and measurement of business strategies
Engaging regularly with senior executives and key stakeholders, including major customers, to present findings, influence direction, and ensure solutions address high-impact business needs
