Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop questionnaires for various evaluation projects.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive actionable insights.
Implement and coordinate projects effectively, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Lead the evaluation design process for multiple projects, ensuring methodological rigor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in Statistics or Applied Statistics with a specialization in Research Methodology and Study Techniques.
6-10 years of relevant work experience, having implemented at least 10 evaluation projects.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in questionnaire design and data analysis.
Experience with Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI).
Strong project coordination skills.
Expertise in evaluation design methodologies.
