Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design user experiences for AI agents, including chat interfaces, voice UIs, dashboards, and adaptive agent workflows.
• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with AI/ML teams to understand agent capabilities and limitations, and reflect them in the design.
• Define UX patterns for AI agent responses, error handling, agent transparency, explainability, and trust.
• Design for edge cases, ambiguity, and evolving AI behavior while maintaining usability.
• Collaborate in agile product development cycles and participate in design critiques and iteration loops.
• Advocate for ethical and accessible AI experiences across all touchpoints.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 1 year designing for AI interfaces or agent-based systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work on conversational UI, agent-driven applications, or intelligent systems.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in creating design systems, component libraries, and interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and UX best practices.
• Familiarity with prompt design, user intent modeling, and multimodal interaction patterns.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) or autonomous agents (AutoGPT).
• Familiarity with voice interfaces, AR/VR, or multimodal interaction design.
• Understanding of ethical implications in AI and bias mitigation in user interaction.
