8-12 years of experience in SQL and ETL, with 8-10 years in data analytics, within the banking/ financial services domain (wealth performance preferred).

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the role of Wealth Performance & Analytics Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data analytics, SQL and ETL, with significant experience in the banking, investment, portfolio management, and financial services sectors. This is an individual contributor role based in Mumbai (client location), with working hours from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities:

Collecting data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external datasets.

Ensuring data quality by removing inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.

Creating visual representations of data using Tableau to make insights more accessible.

Writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.

Creating detailed reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.

Collaborating with business leaders, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.

Identifying opportunities to improve data processes and workflows.

Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and financial services.

Preferred Attributes:

Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.

Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization (Mandatory).

Familiarity with Alteryx (optional).

Domain Knowledge:

Extensive experience in banking, investment, portfolio management, or financial services.

Preferably with exposure to US/Global markets, excluding Indian organizations.
