Key Responsibilities:
Flight and Hotel Arrangements:

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Travel &
Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in travel coordination, including managing air
travel, hotel bookings, and visa applications.
Skills: Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills excellent organizational skills with
attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
