Recruit & Manage Agents Hire, train, and mentor insurance advisors.
Drive Sales & Business Growth Help agents achieve policy sales targets.
Team Management Motivate & track advisor performance.
Customer Relationship Ensure policy renewals & client satisfaction.
Compliance & Reporting Follow IRDAI guidelines & submit reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Banca Channel :-
Building relationships with bank branches to promote HDFC Life insurance products.
Achieving assigned sales targets by leveraging the banks customer base.
Conducting customer meetings and providing suitable life insurance solutions.
Cross-selling and upselling insurance policies.
