We are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Executive for a reputed and female-oriented manufacturing company of Rajkot. Please find the details below:

1. Designation: Customer Relationship Executive 

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years 

3. Job description: 

• Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key customers and accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for resolving escalated customer issues or concerns.
• Supervise the customer support team to ensure timely communication and effective service delivery.
• Analyze customer feedback and service trends to suggest improvements and strategies.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Monitor key account performance and conduct regular business reviews with clients.
• Maintain accurate customer data and communication records in CRM systems.
• Drive customer loyalty, up selling, and repeat business through trust and consistent service.
• To generate reorders from the existing clients.

5. Work timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

6. Day off: Sunday

7. Facility: Bus facility is given by the company
