- Designation: Assistant Manager Updated: February 26, 2025 Location: Karnataka, India Organization: Apparels Job Description: Job Purpose To work on design and planning of existing and upcoming company outlets, COCO stores across PAN India. Job Context & Major Challenges 1. Coordinating with Regional Project Team on drawings/ design mismatch as per requirements. 2. Immediate action required, if there is a design mismatch to deliver the solutions within the time constraints. 3. Controlling the CAPEX (if it overshoots the budget) by making necessary design and planning changes for the stores by coordinating with the regional teams (internal). Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 New concept design Create new identities (layout designs, concepts for e.g. V-dot) for new Sub Brand Store launches in future Create new identities for low-cost model stores KRA2 Requirement Gathering Coordinate with all the internal stakeholders i.e. Operations Team, Retail Team, Brand Team on frequent requirements KRA3 Vendor Development Ensure that the design requirements are well coordinated with external stakeholders such as architects Ensure that the fixtures and changes in design are made in a timely manner KRA4 Design Development Work on existing and upcoming store design, planning and development. KRA5 Controlling the capital expenditure budget Ensure that the CAPEX budget is under control for different levels of stores Make necessary changes in design/development within defined CAPEX Qualifications: Bachelor Of Architecture Minimum Experience Level: 3-7 Years Report to: Group Manager,
