- Skills: Communication Training, Management, calendring, Written Communication, Presentation Skills, Meeting Scheduling, Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and proactively Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred B.E. B.Tech. Preferred Roles And Responsibilities Manage and maintain Managing Director schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other inquiries Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events Take minutes during meetings and distribute to relevant parties Prepare agendas and assist with follow-up actions Conduct research and compile data for various reports and presentations Complete expense reports and manage reimbursements Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Assist with special projects as assigned,
