Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Team Lead to drive the development of scalable web applications and data-driven solutions. This role involves hands-on contribution to both frontend and backend architecture, while leading a team of developers and collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and end users to understand requirements and deliver impactful, user-focused applications.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, architecture/design, development, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the team.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills:

• 56 years of hands-on experience in Fullstack development.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Technical Leadership or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Frontend Angular and backend Java / Python
• Cloud Platforms: GCP or AWS (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven experience delivering production-ready applications in an agile environment.
