Desired Candidate Profile
Danfoss is looking for Lead Engineer - Test Automation who will be responsible for test plan, strategy, test case design, test execution and reporting.Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop the world class and holistic test automation frameworks for HIL,SIL and MIL using Labview and test stand
- Responsible for design, develop and execute the automated test suit
- Responsible in understanding product backlog and convert them in to test script
- Ownership in end to end product verification
- Responsible for quality and robust delivery of danfoss embedded controllers
- Having the global mindset and manage the stakeholders expectation
- Maintain the agility in testing and test process
- Providing detailed L2 global product support support about Danfoss refrigeration controller
- Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree in CSE,IT,ECE or any related field
- 10+ years of experience in product test automation (HIL,SIL and MIL) using LabVIEW and test stand
- Strong knowledge in electronics and embedded hardware and microprocessor
- Experience in Labview PXI chassis and various interface cards
- Experience in Labview and test stand and preferred CLD certified
- Experience in functional block box testing
- Mandatory ISTQB certification
- Experience in DevOps and CI/CD
- Experience in Scripting (JavaScript and Python)
- Preferred Certification in Agile Scrum (CSD/CSM)
- Experience in global stakeholder management
- Experience in technical support to product and system
- Preferred experience in Typhoon
