Job Description

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master with 3 to 5 years working in Agile environments.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking.

Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide Agile teams.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is an added advantage.

Ability to remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective).

Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Track and report team performance metrics.

Coach teams on Agile best practices and principles.

Help identify and resolve blockers to progress.
