Job Location: Nagpur & Pune
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Lead
to lead our QA team in delivering high-quality software products. As a QA
you will be responsible for defining and implementing quality standards,
managing the QA process, and ensuring product releases meet customer
and business expectations. This role requires a mix of hands-on testing,
strategic planning, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate Tests: Write automated tests using Selenium WebDriver for
our web applications.
- Maintain Test Scripts: Keep the automated tests up to date as our
software changes.
- Run Tests: Execute automated tests and report any issues or bugs that
are found.
- Integrate with CI/CD: Help add automated tests to our CI/CD pipeline
(e.g., Jenkins), so tests run automatically during the development
process.
- Collaboration: Work with developers and other QA team members to
improve the software quality and automate repetitive tasks.
- Troubleshoot: Investigate test failures and help the team find solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience with test automation.
- Experience using Selenium WebDriver for writing automated tests.
- Good knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or
C#.
- Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter,
LoadRunner).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g.,
JIRA, TestRail).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman).
- Experience with cloud-based testing tools like BrowserStack.
- Experience working in fintech, e-commerce, or healthcare domains.
