Job Description
Hughes Systique is looking for Java Technical Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
- Set clear goals and expectations, monitor progress, and ensure the team's productivity and efficiency
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Java and related technologies
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Apply your expertise to guide the team in designing, coding, and implementing high-quality Java applications
- Software Development: Take an active role in the development process by participating in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance processes
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and robust software solutions
- Evaluate technical feasibility, make recommendations, and provide input on system design, integration, and implementation
- Project Management: Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements, scope, and timelines
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and task prioritization
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting knowledge sharing, communication, and teamwork
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and alignment of technical efforts
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, system architecture diagrams, and development guidelines
- Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible to the team
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization
- Propose and implement strategies to enhance development methodologies, tools, and practices
Should have knowledge of below key points and Experience from 6 to 10 years.
a. Technologies: Java 11+, Spring, Spring boot ,JSP, MySql server , Microservices, Docker, Kafka , Data Structure
b. Libraries / Frameworks: Hibernates, JPA, Postgres,
c. Tools: Visual Basic Code, IntelliJ, Eclipse, NetBeans, Maven, Tomcat Server
d. Version Control: Git.
