UI Lead @ Hughes Systique

1. Own the end-to-end frontend architecture of the product, taking complete responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of the UI.
2. Lead requirement analysis sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust and scalable UI solutions.
3. Design and build complex, reusable, and efficient components using React, Backbone JS, and modern frontend technologies.
4. Provide technical leadership to the UI team,Act as a mentor and guide to junior developer and Collaborate with Project Managers, backend teams, and UI/UX designers
5. Perform code reviews, enforce quality standards, and ensure adherence to coding guidelines, identify technical risks and best practices.
6. Support the setup and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and ensure frontend deliverables meet performance, security, and accessibility standards.
8. Regularly provide input and updates to project planning, estimation, and progress tracking activities.

Skillset:

- Proficient Knowledge of React Framework
-Experience with design and development of component based UI design
-In Depth Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML5, Bootstrap or Material UI
-Experience on Browser based debugging
-Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
-Deep understanding of React hooks, lifecycle methods, and state management
-Experience with modern frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel
-Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and code quality tools (e.g., ESLint, Prettier)
-Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficient Knowledge of Backbone JS Framework
