Job Description
Role & responsibilities

UX design
Detailed JD
- Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to understand user needs behaviors and pain points
- Create user personas user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers developers and other designers to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience
- Translate complex concepts into user friendly designs while maintaining brand consistency
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
- Stay UpToDate with industry trends tools and best practices in UX design
- Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive for all users
- Graduate
Requirements:
- Overall 8years of experience with at least 67 years of relevant experience working as a UX Designer with proven track record
- Bachelors degree in UX Design Interaction Design HCI or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user entered design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar
- Strong understanding of usability principles information architecture and interaction design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Familiarity with frontend development HTML CSS JavaScript is a plus
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Good communication skills
- we should look for profiles with a BFA, bachelors in design, masters in design, HFI, or CUA certification
