Manage and lead a team of 8-10 talented individuals
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
Oversee project management and ensure timely delivery
Handle requirements management and track project risks and dependencies
Ensure quality and appropriate processes of product development
Become a domain expert and share knowledge with the team
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best performance
Manage communication with client for a project
Take care of recruitment for the client for a project
Be a point of communication for the client for a project What We re Looking For:
Experience in managing a team of 7-8 members
Strong project management skills
Strong requirements management skills
Hands-on experience with technologies
Background in Java, Spring Boot, React.JS, React Native, PostgreSQL, AWS,
React, and React Native
Background in enterprise product development
Background in ensuring the quality of product development and processes
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Should be Hands-on with technologies
Strong communication and leadership skills
2-3 Years experience as a manager
