Role Summary: As a key member of the Product Management function you will be responsible for developing a solid understanding of the user personas at AMCs and their problem statements and deliver delightful solutions for the same. You must be skilled at working closely with engineers and shipping features. Also, you must be willing to work closely with product leadership to contribute to and understand product strategy and ship products.

Key Responsibilities:

  Be on top of ins and outs of the Mutual Fund landscape especially the problem statements of AMCs.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with product leadership to refine the product strategy

  
  


• 
  

  Validate assumptions and hypotheses with rapid experimentation

  
  


• 
  

  Closely work with all cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to engineering, customer success, operations, sales teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

  
  

The Skills and Experience Required:

Must have skills :

• 
  

  Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Prior software development experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrable experience in working with engineers and shipping features

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrable experience in successfully shipping products given a product strategy.

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of prior product management experience preferably for B2B companies in the fintech space.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 5 years of professional experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Product Sense Problem solving

  
  


• 
  

  Research skills to ensure that the organization is always on top of ins and outs of the market.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to understand strategy, use market research, user research and other studies to drive product roadmapping.

  Ability to prioritize objectively

  Technical aptitude to work comfortably with engineers

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication according to the audience.
