Job Description

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

Administering appropriate company assessments

Performing reference and background checks

Making recommendations to company hiring managers

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

Following up on the interview process status

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

Completing timely reports on employment activity

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training etc)

Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

Communicate with public services when necessary

Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in HR or equal lent degree will work.
Demonstrated success in all Human Resources functional areas within a fast-paced, focused environment is essential.
Excellent skills including; good communication, delivery of results, consultative skills and team building.
