Job Description
- OS Installation Windows, Ubuntu, MacOS
- Basic Applications Installation- Skype, MS Office, Open Office, Browsers, VPN client
- Driver Installation Printer, Graphics, Sound, Chipset, BIOSPrinter, Scanner, Bio-matrix, Keyboard and Mouse issue
- Sound issue- output selection, microphone selection, cable issue
driver issue identification LAN Card or LAN cable issue- checking ipconfig, nslookup, check cable and connector, crimping - Monitoring CCTV cameras functioning
- Reporting to the senior regarding non functional cameras
- Basic knowledge and concept must be clear related with AD environment, Networking and Process Basic fundamental knowledge of computer
- Parts of computers and its use
Job Specification
- Handle functions related to IT support.
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
- Maintain system efficiency.
- Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades.
- Maintain network and system security. Analyse and isolate issues.
- Evaluate and modify systems performance.
- Identify user needs.
- Maintain integrity of the network and security.
- Perform network address assignment.
- Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Configuration of wireless router/modem.
- LAN troubleshooting.
- Outlook and Thunderbird mail troubleshooting.
- Windows desktop installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- System Hardware troubleshooting.
- Network Printer configuration and troubleshooting
- Good Communication Skills
