Manage daily accounting operations using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and QuickBooks
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and other financial reports
Use Advanced Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations
Assist in statutory audits, including preparation and submission of required audit schedules and documentation
Coordinate with external auditors and resolve audit queries
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Maintain documentation and filing systems for financial records
Requirements
Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance
6-8 years of relevant experience in accounting
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and audit procedures
Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and tax laws
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
