Generative AI Engineer @ Convergeone India

Job Description

The C1 AI Center of Excellence team is looking for a Generative AI Engineer to join their team. This role involves designing, building, managing, and tuning the generative AI platform, C1 Elly, and providing support during US business hours. You will be responsible for developing and deploying AI models, innovating AI techniques, processing data, training and evaluating models, integrating systems, researching technologies, troubleshooting, optimizing models, collaborating with teams, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Generative AI Engineering: Develop, deploy, and innovate AI models using LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face. Process data, train models, integrate systems, research technologies, troubleshoot, and optimize models.
• Bot Building & Maintenance: Develop conversational flows, implement user stories, optimize prompts, and stay updated on AI technologies.
• Prompt Optimization & Support: Provide support during US business hours, analyze interactions, and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Essential: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 5+ years in Generative AI and Machine Learning, strong Python skills, experience with LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, cloud platforms, NLP techniques, machine learning algorithms, API development, and excellent communication skills.
• Desirable: Experience with Flow-based designers, understanding of Generative AI and Conversational AI, and support during US business hours.
