Job Description

  • To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on sales up gradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with SOP.
  • Regular training on fabrics, styles and fashion to the store staff.
  • Responsible to ensure the inventory control and to maintain the minimum level of inventory.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
  • Directing customers by escorting them to the store and suggesting items.
  • Coordinate with the Assets team to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment to the store location.
  • Ensure all employees are inducted within the timelines as per career passport.
  • To carry out staff meeting at periodic intervals and ensure motivation of the team.
  • Ensure timely posting of Goods Received Notes (GRN), issue materials and reconciliation considering proper storage, quality and quantity checks.
  • Ensure correct accounting of stores receipt as well as material issuance as per daily requirement.
  • Experience in proposing marketing plans and executing promotional activities and generate sales.
  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
  • Assist in planning and execution of micromarketing activities at ground level. Plan and implement Operations procedures in the store to deliver the desired level of consumer satisfaction.
  • The Store Manager must promote and embody the company brand values, including the brand philosophy and ensure it is upheld by all team members at all times.

  • Responsible for achievement of set Sales target for the store.
  • In this position, you'll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory, Purchase and Asset Management.
  • Ensure that nobody from the staff indulges in pilferage and other activities Job Responsibilities Include -.
  • Test (perform a golden transaction) to confirm that all IT equipments and application rollout is successful Sign-off on the RIL Handover checklist.
  • Has to make sure his store is meeting the targets & earning profits & is responsible for the smooth & effective functioning of the storeRole & responsibilities
