Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, along with some experince in Development/Coding. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT projects.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and project documentation.Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor progress.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the project team.Stakeholder Management:
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Facilitate project meetings and workshops with stakeholders.Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Proactively manage and resolve project issues as they arise.Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Coordinate resource allocation and ensure that project resources are utilized effectively.AI Project Management (Preferred):
Manage projects related to Salesforce implementation, customization, and optimization.
Lead AI and machine learning projects, coordinating with data scientists and developers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.Quality Assurance:
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Experience:
6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Experience in managing AI projects is highly desirable.Skills:
Strong knowledge of project management methodology- Agile.
Must be from a Technical Bckground, with well versed knowledge of SDLC.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g.,JIRA)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
