Financial Performance and Sales Responsibilities
1. Achievement of daily sales targets, with shift-wise allocation
2. Achievement of daily private label and BigBasket targets
3. Achievement of daily generics and high-margin category targets
4. Achievement of daily diagnostic targets
5. Develop business relations with nearby doctors, gyms, salons, grocery chains, and other
potential partners
6. Ensure and validate customer calls are made by staff as required
7. Ensure and validate 100% prescription reminder calls, dormant/lapsed users, and high-value
users as per the list received
8. Ensure the commitment register is properly maintained and orders are closed on time
Omnichannel Business
1. Achieve 0% pushback on all omnichannel orders for the store
2. Achieve 0% processing TAT breach for the store
3. Conduct root cause analysis of pushback and breach cases, and implement corrective actions
4. Provide guidance to the team on RCAs and improve future response
Team Management, Business Review, and Training
1. Motivate the team for peak performance
2. Ensure proper roster management, leave tracking, and attendance
3. Identify and resolve team challenges effectively
4. Provide clarity on targets, achievements, and incentives from the start of the month
5. Conduct daily review of previous day performance and plan for current day targets
6. Conduct periodic knowledge checks and training on medicines, private labels, and generics
7. Guide the team in handling telephone calls professionally
8. Monitor and guide proper WhatsApp communication with customers
9. Nominate staff for central training programs
Customer Service and Experience
1. Ensure team grooming and etiquette while dealing with customers
2. Ensure in-store customers are properly attended and serviced
3. Ensure all customer calls and WhatsApp messages are responded to within 1520 minutes
4. Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service
Inventory Health
1. Validate 100% accuracy in daily inventory inwarding
2. Ensure proper putaway of SKUs as per location mapping
3. Ensure daily removal of expired, near-expiry, and non-moving items
4. Ensure all bounced items are entered into the system by staff
5. Assign and validate daily SKU physical audits
6. Ensure 100% accuracy in dispensing quantity and batch
7. Train the team on inventory accuracy and health
8. Resolve or escalate inventory-related issues as needed
9. Understand local demand/competition and request relevant inventory
10. Remain vigilant about theft and pilferage
Compliance and Banking
1. Compliance Management and Checks
a. Display all applicable licenses
b. Ensure the presence of an endorsed pharmacist and valid license
c. Maintain accurate H1 and Anti-TB registers
d. Ensure adherence to duplicate invoice rules
e. Validate cold chain temperature logs hourly
f. Ensure daily regularization of manual bills
g. Validate proper handling and approvals for sales returns
h. Monitor proper DSR and cash ledger handover and record-keeping
i. Validate 100% accuracy in banking reconciliation
j. Track and alert central teams on license expiration
2. Ensure all emails on the pharmacy ID are responded to by the end of the business day
Store Hygiene and Visual Merchandising
1. Ensure overall store cleanliness through housekeeping staff
2. Assign and monitor rack-level cleanliness among staff
3. Ensure correct placement of items as per VM guidelines and SOPs
4. Validate the presence of correct discount tags on shelves
5. Communicate monetized brand placements and ensure adherence
Marketing Activities
1. Plan and schedule outdoor marketing via team rosters and ensure collateral availability
2. Participate in and monitor staff performance during campaigns
3. Ensure staff are aware of current offers and promote them to customers
4. Lead by example in executing marketing initiatives and driving growth
