Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Designer Sales Executive to join our team. This hybrid role requires a creative professional with strong sales acumen to manage end-to-end client interactionsfrom initial meetings and design consultations to project onboarding and sales closure. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Handling & Onboarding:
    • Engage with walk-in and referral clients to understand their interior design needs.
    • Conduct initial consultations to assess space requirements, preferences, and budget.
    • Present design ideas and solutions in alignment with client expectations.
  • Sales & Target Achievement:
    • Promote Clients home interior solutions to prospective clients.
    • Prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
    • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations:
    • Conduct client meetings both at the store and on-site.
    • Present mood boards, 2D/3D layout plans, and material samples.
    • Communicate design ideas clearly and confidently to secure project approval.
  • Design & Documentation:
    • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and design documents for client approvals and execution.
    • Coordinate with the execution team to ensure design fidelity and quality delivery.
    • Maintain project documentation including contracts, specifications, and revisions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
    • Stay updated with design trends, product knowledge, and material innovations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree/diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in interior design and/or sales, preferably in the home/lifestyle segment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Client-oriented approach with a passion for delivering personalized design solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
