Operation Theatre Staff Nurse @ Bloomlife Hospital

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our ICU/Emergency Department in Chennai. The ideal candidates should be well-versed in critical care or emergency procedures, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill or emergency patients.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
• Assist in emergency procedures and resuscitation efforts.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and vital signs.
  
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide holistic patient care.
  
• Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital safety protocols.
  
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  

Requirements:

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
  
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
  
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
  
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
