Relationship Manager - MF @ Equitas Small Finance

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels to expand the client base.
• Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

• Strong knowledge of mutual funds products, including their features, benefits, and risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
