Testing Engineer-Lab (Rubber Industry Experience Preferred) @ Fores Elastomech India

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Key responsibility (Testing):

1. Should able to read & understand drawings.
2. Knowledge on Rubber Parts static & Dynamic stiffness characteristic test.
3. Knowledge to understand the test directions & preload conditions of Radial / Axial / Torsional & Conica test requirements.
4. Knowledge on operating the Elastomer Test machines like Static, Durability & UTM Machines.
5. Knowledge at MTS / BISS / INTRON make Elastomer Test machines is preferable.
6. Knowledge in Rubber parts Durability Test (Uni , Bi & Tri Axial test setup).
7. Able to operate & extract the output from the Test Machines.
8. Knowledge on correlating the test results with Drawing specs & requirements.
9. Knowledge to prepare excel test results & reports.
10. Good communication skill is required.

Key Responsibly (Inspection):

1. Should able to read & understand drawings.
2. Knowledge on Rubber Parts Dimension measurement activity.
3. Knowledge on operating the measuring instrument like Vernier / Micrometre / Height Gauge / Profile projector etc
4. Knowledge to use the Fillet Guage / Filler Gause / Slip Gause etc..
5. Basic Knowledge to work with Microsoft office to prepare test reports.
6. Knowledge in selection of Test Instrument based on Drawing & product shape.
7. Basic Knowledge in MSA / R&R / Calibration & Quality systems is required.
8. Knowledge in maintain the record of Instrument & Gauge Calibration history.
9. Good communication skill is required.
