Job Description
As requirements engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product requirements are expertly evaluated and implemented to meet their intended outcome. In this role, you will take part in solution development from conceptualization to delivery of the end product. This includes initial product analysis to assess the readiness, feasibility and impact of requested changes as well as activities related to product design, and functionality. You will be part of the product management team, working closely with many parts of the organization.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Support Product Management team with technical assessment and write ups to enable development
- Run queries and identify gaps in data structure to support development requests
- Perform product and data analysis to assess the potential impact of changes
- Prepare requirements that are ready for development - Define and ideate product functionalities through research and break down of major requirements into actionable user stories requirements and acceptance criteria for the development teams
- Work closely with developers to ensure clear communication of requirements so they understand the goals of requirements and client situation
- Communicate development assessment, progress and timelines to stakeholders
- Work with other product teams to understand key workflows & interoperability across products
- Effectively collaborate with a wide array of colleagues in product team, project management, data engineering, development and QA to ensure effective delivery of product goals.
- Check QA approved functionality for Product acceptance
- Assist in day-to-day activities related to product design, UI and UX design and functionality
Qualifications:
Technical
- Knowledge of databases and SQL queries
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or IT-related field strongly preferred.

Business Experience
- 1+ years of experience in Healthcare Industry
- 3+ years of experience as a Product/Business Analyst or related role involving the writing of business requirements within product management and/or product development team
- Solid understanding and experience in Ambulatory OR Hospital IT solutions is preferred.
- Background working in the Healthcare IT industry within other software companies with high focus on innovative software products is a plus
- The ideal candidate is an independent, hands-on, energetic team member, ability to deliver quality work within defined timelines.
- There will be a strong focus on meeting business needs through detailed understanding of user requirements and effective and accurate implementation of technical specifications.
Skills
- Strong command of both Hindi and English language in speaking and writing.
- Strong focus on meeting business needs through detailed understanding of user requirements and effective and accurate development of functional specifications (example requirements writing will be requested)
- Working knowledge of the practices and procedures of in healthcare related facilities is preferred
- Ability to contribute to short-term and long-term product plans
- The ability to aid in the identification, coordination, and scheduling of critical tasks to bring products and functionalities to market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, and project management skills
- The ability to identify, coordinate, and schedule critical tasks to meet and exceed deadlines.
- Perform software and technical assessments in collaboration with both internal and external business representatives
- The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Agile Methodology experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, and other Microsoft tools
