To solve the queries of the customer via Mail, Chat & Web Call.
No Sales process is required
To provide the best resolution to the customers.
To work with the software technical team(if required) to resolve the customer problem
Proficient in English both verbal & written - Communication with Foreign clients is part of the job
Maintain a better relationship with the customers.
Strong Analytical Skills
Knowledge of Accounting is a big value add for the candidate.
