Job Title: Relationship Manager Education Loan (Field Sales)
Salary: Up to 6 LPA + Travel Allowance

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive education loan sales through strong B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and institutions, generating qualified student loan leads, and supporting overall business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to generate leads for education loans.

• Coordinate with internal operations and processing teams to ensure a seamless loan application process.

• Support branding and outreach efforts through social media engagement and partner collaborations.

• Actively engage in field sales to meet business targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales or loan sales (preferably education loans).

• Strong communication skills in English and local language.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and building partner relationships.

• Motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented.
