Sr. Executive Account
Role will very crucial for our Account department, driving
engagement, establish collaboration impactful, and refining strategy to accomplish organizations goal.
Functional Parameters:
Accounting Operations:
Manage day-to-day tasks like handling payments, receiving money, bank work, and keeping records up to
date.
Help with closing the books at the end of each month and year.
Make sure all entries and corrections are recorded properly and on time.
Check and match records between different branches or units to make sure everything balances.
Financial Reporting && Compliance
Help prepare financial reports that follow proper accounting rules.
Review financial data to make sure its correct and complete.
Assist during audits by getting reports and working with auditors.
Ensure that all financial activities follow company rules and government regulations.
Create and maintain invoices for (D2C) sales from various international e-commerce platforms in SAP, and
to manage daily sales transaction reports.
Taxation && Legal Compliance:
Track && prepare VAT/GST compliance across Amazons international Marketplace sales and expenses
transaction weekly basis.
Prepare documents and responses for VAT notices received from any Amazon international marketplaces
Preparation of GST refund and response to notice received from GST department (if any).
Preparation of GST (ITC04) half yearly return.
Prepare CMA data for financial purpose.
Download eBRC reports for documentation and GST refund purpose.
Documentation && Reporting:
Prepare monthly analysis report for Amazons international Marketplace sales and expenses transaction.
Prepare debit notes for Amazon's international marketplaces on a quarterly basis.
Prepare various MIS Excel reports, analysis reports, and certificates.
Preparing a financial Profit && Loss (P&&L) report for Amazon International Marketplaces, specifically
focusing on different jewelry segments
Preparing reports and Analysis of Amazon International Marketplaces Custom Duty, Freight And Other
Fedex Charges on Monthly Basis.
Keep track of bills for services, utilities, and other regular payments.
Monitor money owed by customers and follow up to make sure payments are received.
Team && Workflow Management:
Lead and support a team of accountants and finance staff with their daily work.
Divide tasks among team members, keep track of their progress, and make sure everything gets done on
time.
Help train and guide junior team members to work better and more accurately.
Create a positive team environment and always look for ways to improve how things are done.
Collaborate with all departments to fulfill uninterrupted financial operational needs.
Coordinate to all relevant department and schedule financial support operations.
Liaison with Internal Auditor for smooth working and efficient working processes.
Sales Manager Channel Sales (Silver Jewellery)
About the Role: As a Sales Manager your role will include revitalizing our Audit department, driving engagement,
building impact-full collaborations, and refining content strategy.
Functional Parameters:
1. Channel Management:
Develop and manage a strong dealer and distributor network
Ensure consistent secondary sales to retailers
Provide service and support to channel partners
Design effective beats and route plans
Assess and ensure channel partner viability
2. Sales && Revenue Growth:
Achieve monthly sales turnover between 1 Cr 5 Cr
Manage 150600 SKUs effectively
Execute companys sales strategy at the ground level
Identify and develop new product opportunities
Map and analyze competitor activities regularly
3. Team && Relationship Management:
Lead distributor sales staff and develop capabilities
Drive performance to meet numeric and weighted distribution targets
Handle retailer network and pricing control (MOP management)
Resolve channel conflicts and negotiate effectively
4. Planning && Reporting:
Forecast sales and plan accordingly
Track and report key business metrics
Use advanced Excel tools for real-time updates from field staff
Share performance reports and insights with management regularly
Preferred Background:Experience in push-brand environment within FMCG, FMCD, Paints, Automotive
Parts, Hosiery, etc.
Strong track record in dealer/distributor development and driving sustainable secondary sales
Experience Required:
Minimum 23 years as a PSR (Personal Sales Representative)
Minimum 23 years as a Sales Executive
Experience handling 80100 dealers, 26 large distributors/wholesalers, and 10-15 distributor sales staff
