Leading solar EPC company requires Head - Solar projects- Jaipur
We are looking out for Head ( Solar projects) for Jaipur location on immediate basis

DESIGNATION- AGM/DGM
WORK LOCATION-Jaipur
DIVISION- EPC
DEPARTMENT-Projects
REPORTS TO- CEO/MD
SALARY- Competitive
THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-
Essential/ Key Responsibilities:
-Planning and Strategy: Define project goals, create detailed plans, and set timelines.
-Team Leadership: Assemble, motivate, and manage the project team.
-Resource Allocation: Allocate necessary resources and monitor their usage.
-Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide updates.
-Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews and testing.
Operational Duties:
A project lead oversees task assignment, progress monitoring, issue resolution, resource management, reporting, and quality checks.
Required Work Experience
Overall Exp. of 8+ years of experience.
Prior work experience in Solar Industry is preferred.
Required Education
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
A Masters degree is a plus.
Skills Required
Proficient in working on ERP.
Microsoft Office Suit.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and MS Office suite.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
