    We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Revenue Strategist to work across multiple startups within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing sales strategies that align with the [Your Companys Name] ecosystem and its unique business model. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for each startup, working closely with founders, marketing teams, and sales departments to realize ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with individual startup teams to develop tailored sales strategies that are aligned with each startups business goals and the overarching objectives of Talrop's ecosystem. Revenue Growth & Optimization: Analyze and optimize revenue generation models across different startups, helping founders identify high-value opportunities and refine their go-to-market strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing, product, and sales departments of each startup to ensure cohesive, integrated strategies that deliver measurable results. Implementation & Execution: Actively lead the implementation of sales strategies, ensuring that all tactical actions are aligned with the long-term revenue goals. Monitor execution closely, making adjustments when necessary. Ecosystem Alignment: Ensure that all sales efforts are in line with the operational principles, methodologies, and KPIs of Talrop's ecosystem, fostering synergies between startups and their markets. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of sales strategies. Provide regular reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Training & Development: Provide training and mentorship to sales teams within each startup, equipping them with the tools, techniques, and mindset needed for success. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help startups stay ahead of market trends, refining strategies based on data and insights. Key Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue growth, or business development, ideally with a focus on working with startups or within a venture studio model. Sales Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading sales strategies from development to execution, delivering measurable revenue growth. Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think critically and strategically, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing sales processes across different industries and markets. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams including founders, sales teams, and cross-functional partners. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable sales strategies that improve business outcomes. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sales and CRM software, data analytics platforms, and digital sales tools. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.,
